Do you accept lay-by?
Yes we do! 

Lay-by T&Cs

 * Email info@rockabillylane.co.nz with your contact details and a detailed list - including sizes and colour of what you'd like to layby
 * Rockabilly Lane will contact you when possible to confirm your order and send you details for your deposit. You will then have 48 hours to secure your lay-by with payment.
 * We reserve the right to refuse an order and orders will be on a first come first serve basis. 
 * The deposit will be 20% of the total sale price (or $20 minimum deposit for laybys under $100). $10 of which will be kept as an administration fee if you decide to cancel your order in future
 * You will have 6 weeks to complete payment with regular instalments required, we are willing to give you up to 8 weeks if you need and the order is over $200. Please specify this in your first email. 
 * We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time. 
 * We love to hear from you and are happy to discuss other payment options for those this doesn't suit but please do so by contacting us via email.
* Please choose wisely as while we are always happy to exchange lay-by items we are not required to refund. Please contact us at info@rockabillylane.co.nz if you are unsure of sizing or require actual measurements.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit Cards, debit cards, bank deposits, account2account and vouchers. Each voucher carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout.

Is Rockabillylane.co.nz safe to use? 
Rockabilly Lane uses the Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. Payment Express processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.  Payments are processed in real-time. Rockabilly Lane does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by Payment Express. Payment Express have bank grade security. I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
You may cancel an order at any time before the order is dispatched. You may cancel your order by contacting customer service; info@rockabillylane.co.nz 

I found an item I would like to purchase however my size is not showing up.
Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. Rockabilly Lane endeavors to sell unique clothing at affordable prices. This ensures uniqueness of stock and will mean we may only have 1 or 2 of each item. If there is a certain item that you MUST have please email info@rockabillylane.co.nz and we will do our very best to source the item in for you..

I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?
Just contact our customer service team with your request and we will certainly do our best. Be quick though, most items are sent same day or next morning!

How can I track my package?
Our NZ overnight delivery service comes with a tracked number we will send you when your parcel is dispatched! If you don't receive a tracking number for some reason let us know. Australian customers orders under $100 will be sent as standard shipping. Approx 1 week, please allow for longer delays at peak times like Christmas.

What can ROCKABILLY LANE do if the package is lost?
We haven't had this happen yet. However, if a parcel does not arrive please contact customer service to let us know, file a lost package report with the courier and between us we will help track down your parcel!

Returns 
What do I need to include with my return? We only ask that you include a copy of your invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you're returning (unworn, with original tags). Please see our returns policy for detailed instructions on how to return your item to Rockabilly Lane

How do I look after my amazing new Rockabilly Lane item?!
Please follow all manufactures instructions on all Rockabilly Lane clothing. Faults that occur because of incorrect care will not be accepted for return.

Sizing
How can I be sure to select the right size Each item on Rockabilly Lane should have a size chart available, while some small size difference can occur between suppliers the size guide should be used as a guide only. Please contact us at info@rockabillylane.co.nz for any true measurements required. We will also be sure to make note of any items are think are particularly small fitting or large fitting.
